What kit should I start with?

The most popular way to start out with oils, and the kit that I recommend most, is the Home Essentials Kit which contains 10 different oils and a beautiful diffuser and is the perfect ‘everyday’ kit to kickstart your oily journey. “Carol Ann, how do you like to personally use the oils?”

I get it — when you’re new to oils, it’s not always obvious how they fit into your household and daily routines. Everybody is different, but for our family, the most common ways we use our oils are: In cooking — A drop of lemon and lime in your guacamole will make it so yummy! Adding citrus oil to cakes, puddings and power balls will lite you up… and that’s just for starters! I also LOVE oregano in my homemade lasagne. For muscle aches, pains and ouchies — Deep Blue instantly relieves muscle cramps and spasms, while Tea Tree and Lavender are great for insect bites. For gut health and digestion — Ginger and Peppermint oils are excellent for people with sensitive tummies. And doTERRA’s proprietary blend ‘DigestZen’ is unbelievable for your whole digestive system. For cleaning — My go to cleaning spray keeps our bathroom spotless and our kitchen gleaming… and all it uses is lemon oil and on guard cleaner concentrate. For skincare — I love yarrom/pom. I think it has reduced the aging process and I feel like I look 10 years younger.

I just want to buy the oils, is that cool?

Of course! The majority of our community just use the oils, without going on to start their own business. (That’s what I did for 3 years too!)
